We’re currently seeking a **bilingual (Spanish-speaking) BDC Agent to join our high-performing Volkswagen team.
Position Summary
As a BDC Agent, you will represent Team Gillman Volkswagen as the first point of contact, handling customer communication to schedule appointments and drive dealership traffic. This role involves frequent interaction via phone, email, and text, making fluency in Spanish and English essential.

The business was founded by Frank Gillman when the first dealership opened on Milam Street in downtown Houston.
