Job Description
The position is responsible for processing new and used car deals, preparing documents and ensuring accuracy for customers signatures to complete the financing process. The Biller is also responsible for accurate transactions through the secretary of state for registering and titling vehicles. Will also be responsible for maintaining, and organizing titles in compliance with the dealership and state regulations
This position will also work with customers, cashiering service and parts orders, while answering a high volume of phone calls providing outstanding support and having a customer first attitude.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years dealership experience.
Willing to train candidates with steady administrative background with strong attention to detail, and organization skills.
They should also be proficient in computer applications and software. They must have the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
This position requires some evenings until 7 pm, and Saturdays.
