Join our GOAT Platform Ops team and contribute to enhancing our customer relationships and business outcomes through effective campaign management. Key Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end development and setup of marketing campaigns within our CRM platform. Oversee the accurate and timely execution and deployment of various marketing campaigns. Assist in defining and implementing audience segmentation strategies for targeted delivery. Conduct quality assurance checks on campaigns to ensure accuracy and functionality. Monitor campaign performance and address operational issues as necessary. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience with enterprise-level CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign). Ability to write marketing script and conditional logic (e.g., AMP, Liquid Script). Strong understanding of data segmentation techniques within a CRM environment. Industry Experience: Previous experience in CRM operations, marketing operations, or a similar role supporting campaign development and execution is required. Familiarity with email service providers (ESPs) and hands-on email campaign execution is crucial.
