1. KEY COMPETENCIES: You will be responsible for driving the results and development of the organization. To be successful in this role, you must have at least the following key competencies:

• Reconcile and post bank and operational transactions according to Company policies and procedures.
• Coding of supplier invoices and payment application in Accounts Payable System.
• Analysis and monitoring of Expenditures in the Accounting System.
• Analysis and Financial Reporting according to Management requirements.
• From vendor invoices, carry out the accounting coding by assigning the corresponding accounts and cost center for each. Apply payments in accounts payable system.
• Analysis and monitoring of expenses in the accounting systems (Vanguard and Great Plains) to identify nonrecurrent expenses (identifying questionable expenses) and missing recurrent expenses to ensure the posting made with either an invoice or a provision.
• Ensure proper correcting posting made accounting systems (Vanguard and Great Plains) to correct accounting errors made by stores.
• Reconcile records of cash movements from banks captured by stores against bank statements and propose corrections when erroneous records are detected.
• Reconciliation of the bank accounts for stores, which have their own bank accounts.
• Reconciliation of sales operations carried out by money services operations (BMS) posted in sister company (HLC) in a timely manner.
