Piper Companies is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join an established Investment Management company located in Wayne, PA . This position is HYBRID, and requires you to be onsite 3 days/week. The Salesforce Developer will combine administrative expertise with hands-on development to deliver impactful solutions for our Sales organization. Responsibilities of the Salesforce Developer: Manage core Salesforce administrative tasks including user access, data operations, and third-party app support. Collaborate with technical leads and business stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements. Independently develop and deliver high-quality Salesforce enhancements using Apex, LWC, and other tools. Ensure thorough testing and documentation of all deliverables. Provide timely production support and maintain a strong understanding of evolving business needs. Qualifications of the Salesforce Developer: 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce. Strong command of Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex) and SOQL. Familiarity with front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with development tools such as VS Code, Salesforce DX (sfdx), and Git. Understanding of component communication within the Lightning framework. Experience integrating with REST APIs via Apex is a plus. Additional experience in Java, .NET, or Python is a bonus. Salesforce certifications are advantageous. Compensation for the Salesforce Developer: Salary: $ 100,000-$110,000 Comprehensive benefit package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO.
