Responsibilities: • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Professional in attitude and appearance • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Real estate license required • Superb communication • Team player Compensation: $140,000 at plan
