Job Description

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly organized team member to help ensure our real estate closings are accurate, smooth, and on schedule. As a Transaction Coordinator (AKA Closing Services Processor), you'll play a key behind-the-scenes role in making sure all paperwork and communication between our team and other parties is accurate, complete, and on time.

You don't need title or real estate experience—but you do need to be detail-oriented, good with documents, and a clear communicator.

NOTE: This role could be the first step of your career path in the real estate title industry.

Some things you'll do in this role:

  • Review orders and contracts to make sure information matches
  • Prepare and send out documents like loan details, fees, and wire instructions
  • Communicate with lenders to collect missing documents or answer questions
  • Double-check numbers and fees to make sure everything adds up
  • Help prepare final paperwork packages for closing
  • Request approval from the lender to release funds
  • Send documents for official recording and follow up after the closing

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Like working with documents and making sure everything is accurate
  • Are good at staying organized and meeting deadlines
  • Can clearly communicate by email and phone
  • Are comfortable learning new systems and following procedures
  • Enjoy being part of a team, working behind the scenes

Helpful (but Not Required):

  • Experience in real estate, mortgages, banking, or office administration
  • Proven ability to work on multiple deadlines at once

Why join us?

  • Growth and career opportunities - learn valuable skills in a professional industry
  • A knowledgeable and supportive team
  • Work that makes a real difference in people's lives

Benefits

  • PTO begins accruing on your first day
  • 10 paid holidays annually
  • Medical (including telehealth), dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • FSA and HSA options
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • Generous bereavement policy — including pet bereavement
