Job Type: Full Time-Salary

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple warehouses across Ohio (Trillium Farms), coordinating daily activities, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient material distribution. The Supervisor plays a crucial role in fostering collaboration among Versova companies and implementing best practices in warehouse management.

Essential Job Functions

• Oversee daily warehouse activities across multiple locations, including receiving, order fulfillment, and transportation
• Coordinate and participate in physical inventory counts and reporting
• Develop and implement warehousing processes for all operational aspects
• Review inventory reports and make restocking recommendations
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
• Lead continuous improvement projects for operational efficiency
• Conduct quality control evaluations and implement corrective measures
• Collaborate with Versova Umbrella companies on operational alignment
• Coach and mentor warehouse teams on best practices and safety protocols
• Develop training programs to enhance team skills
• Manage special projects as assigned by leadership
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a multi-site environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in inventory management software and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of safety and biosecurity protocols in warehouse settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in supply chain or warehouse management
• Experience with lean management principles
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Work Environment

This position involves a mix of office work and warehouse floor presence, with frequent travel between multiple warehouse locations. The role requires both strategic planning and hands-on operational management. The Regional Warehouse Supervisor must be comfortable in various warehouse environments, potentially involving exposure to different climate conditions and physical activities. Some flexibility in working hours may be necessary to address urgent operational issues or coordinate across different time zones.
